Queensland P76 Owners Club Inc. 2018

Brisbane Southside Morris Minor Day 2018

21st October

The day started with a mass of clouds standing above the location of the gathering at Cleveland from the north side of Brisbane.
Joined by Elliott we headed off along the gateway to Cleveland area.
I was wondering what the public thought, seeing a P76 and a Datsun 120Y on the road. "Two lemons"
Arriving at the Ormiston State Primary School we were great by BSSMMC volunteers and they handed a bag of goodies and seperated us to different sides of the field.
My P on the left while Elliotts Datsun ot the right. Thought we were going to a marriage cermoney.
The number seem to be average but as the time passed we had more and more cars arrive.
Elliott had to go so up to get a sausage and drink. Walking back I spotted Pat then Graham and their Targa on the Brides side. LOL
I heard that by 11am they were out of the sample bags.
Another member, Alan Dorber also turned up in the MG. He came across and was introduced to Pat and Graham.
I passed out the club keyrings also to him Alan and Elliott. Alan also took away a set of flexible brake hoses.
Let me say that this event was free and the sample bag was well populated.
I think a successful event
Hope you enjoy the photos as this was truely and interesting event.
